The Winnipeg Yoga Shala is directed by Jonathan Austman.

The shala (school) is a beautiful and serene space located on the Red River near Osborne Village.

Mysore-style teaching is offered mornings and evenings, Monday to Friday with Led Primary class on Sunday.

There are also beginner and half-primary/intermediate level classes.
