I can't say enough good things about Yoga Santosha. The instructors are amazing, the community and vibe of the studio is wonderful.
Candace and Al are truly amazing people who have created a beautiful space and energy for yogis to come together and practice.
When I go out of town I wish I could take Yoga Santosha with me and look forward to coming home and return to my home away from home - Yoga Santosha!
As a teacher and student I sing the praises of Yoga Santosha to everyone I encounter - come by to practice and fall in love with Yoga Santosha.

First time really taking a yoga course was the Registered Intro w/Sarah S. this past Feb/Mar 2010. The yoga studio is amazing (thanks to the owners), but really Sarah made that class what it was, so aweseome (great vibe and energy)! Looking fwd to taking it again in April to learn more, along with some other Ashtanga I and I/II classes.

This yoga studio is great. The instructors are great. I took the intro Ashtanga class and the instructor made everyone feel very comfortable and I looked forward to each class. Highly recommended :)

Al and Candace are the most wonderful people!
After establishing the very successful Yoga Lounge in Canmore, AB, they relocated to the funky Mission area and are providing Calgarians with a great place to practice.
This studio has an exceptionally warm and inviting energy! I highly recommend a visit.
