Ashtanga Yoga Workshops are great way to develop your practice and be exposed to a variety of excellent Ashtanga Yoga teachers from all over the world.

In India it is commonly believed that to facilitate learning there must be equal effort in these 4 areas:

1. 25% student effort
2. 25% teacher input
3. 25% sangha or our peer group
4. 25% time.

Workshops help us in all these areas:

They help us as students we must make strong effort then we find and/or stay connected with your great teachers.

We also meet other great practitioners and participate in a learning community. Finally, we give ourselves time learn, and with more time we integrate this learning.
