I love this studio, intimate clean cozy.

Jody is a great teacher who is pedantic about keeping with the teachings of ashtanga as taught by Pattabhi Jois.

Well worth the effort to take her classes and to seek out her tiny studio. It is the complete opposite of the bigger studios that have lots of flash.

great place to practice.
