Ashtanga Retreat - Your Time Out!

ashtanga retreat-Goa, India sunset An Ashtanga Retreat is an excellent way to learn the practice of Ashtanga Yoga.

AYC believes in scheduling time for your Yoga, and in taking breaks and mini vacations and rest and relaxation periods.

Generally retreats are residential programs. They range in length from single weekends to weeks and months.

The best retreats provide good sattvic food and accommodation and are found in natural inspiring environments.

On retreat you spend quality time with friends and other like minded people from all over the world, and just relax and rejuvenate in a positive way.

For us Canadians the most important question might be,

"Why don't I get out of the Canadian cold for a while?"

So we say, "Just do it!" Come to an Ashtanga Retreat!
